In old times, before King Arthur, the Dragon Knights were the main defenders and protectors of His Masjesty the King of Hibernia. Serving the King for generations and generations, they were called to defend the lands of Hibernia against important invaders such as Albion and Midgard. They did not only defend the lands of Hibernia, they also received secret missions that brang them into enemy territories.

The Dragon Knights aren't aggressives. They are nobles, prouds of their high importance for the realm. They follow orders given by their superiors not only because they have to but because they know they do the right choices. Always using strategy, the Dragon Knights had always been winning the fights in the past.

A little story:

Their "Dragon" names came from a strange event that occured in Hibernian territory, not too far from Tir na Nog castle. It was the first time that a dragon flew there and started ravaging the towns. The King did not know what to do because it never happened before. He, then, called his nearest guards to stop the dragon. Most of them were too afraid and prefered to not try. The few who tried just got severely injured or got slain. Only one knight, from the Royal Knights, had the strength and courage to face the dragon. Celticvampir was his name. He soon got the attention of the beast using his shouts and eyes looking. The dragon did not smell any fear from the knight. The knight did not want to engage the combat first but was prepared if it would have happened. Looking at the scales of the dragon, he noticed a strange weapon stuck between its strong skin. The knight dropped his weapon on the ground, saluted the dragon with honor and walked normally toward it. The dragon did not feel any danger and let him approach. Celticvampir took out the object from the scales. The weapon was made of dragon scales. When he took out the weapon, he saw some broken scales falling on the ground. The Dragon felt much better and then flew away and never came back since then.

That is how Celticvampir found out the first Dragon Weapon. The king asked to see the Knight and was very satisfied of not seeing the dragon ravaging the cities anymore. His Majesty decided to promote him to Commander... but a commander of a new army. The King asked Celticvampir to form a new army of knights. The Commander chose to make one in the honor of the Dragons. With the new weapon, broken scales, some other searchers and crafters, he found out a new type of armor and weapon made in dragon. He wrote a book to remember how to make them.

The dragon armors and weapons were made of dragon scales... but how did they get more materials to continue making more equipments made of them? Killing dragons? Not really...

Of course they couldn't make an armor for the entire army. There was just enough scales to make a full set made in leather. He was the first to wear that type of armor. The King approved the new equipments and gave the order to find more scales for the others. Celticvampir was not really approving this because they honor the dragons. As a commander, he had to do so.

A little more story:

Celticvampir and other Royal Knights, sent by the King himself, walked for weeks to find more scales or dragons to slay. Far far in Hibernia's Lands, they found a location they hadn't adventured for a long time before. The sky was dark and stormy. Some strange noises were starting to give fears to the knights. Celticvampir was not nervous. He was just not feeling that it was a friendly region and that something were watching him. All of a sudden, they saw humanoids wearing dragon equipments. The hostile intruders quickly circled the small army of hibernians. The leader of them approached the Dragon Knight and looked at the peices of armor that the knight was wearing. The commander told his knights to do nothing. He soon noticed that the humanoids weren't made of pulpit. In fact, they were only made of energy, armors and weapons. The leader of the energy army asked how he did get the armors he is wearing. Celticvampir asked: "And how about you?". He knew they killed dragons to get the armors. That's why he found that sword into the scales of the dragon. The leader didn't seem to like the answer and suddently disappeared. The army were remaining, still ready to combat...
